Emergency Services

The Wasatch County Health Department (WCHD), along with other emergency response partners at the local, state, and federal levels, continues to prepare for natural disasters, bioterrorism events, and other public health emergencies. In the event of one of these emergencies, WCHD is ready to quickly respond and assist the community. This page identifies ways the health department is preparing for an emergency and how individuals, families, and the community can prepare themselves.

Below are links to pages that provide information on topics of interest, including Community Preparedness, the Medical Reserve Corps program, Personal Preparedness, and WCHD's Emergency Planning and Response Topics. Please click on any link for further information on those topics or call one of our staff if you have any questions.
