You already know the basics:  Smoking and chewing aren’t good for you. Big Tobacco just wants your money. Nicotine is incredibly addictive, and quitting tobacco is possible, although it’s not easy. "Way to Quit" Cessation Program Not everyone quits tobacco the same way.  Get the help and advice you need to create your own plan at WayToQuit.org or call 1-800-Quit-Now (1-800-7848-669)

 

The Ending Nicotine Dependence (END) Program - is a statewide teen tobacco cesstion program.  Teen participants are referred to the program either through the juvenile court system, the school system, via their parents, or they are self-referred.  The END program has increased both tobacco quit rates and reduction rates among participants significantly

  

Prenatal Cessation Coordinating with Wasatch County’s WIC program, The Tobacco Prevention and Control Program offers a quit smoking program for pregnant women.
