Baby Carriage

The birth of a new baby is a wonderful event for your family. However, caring for a newborn can take a lot of extra time. It's great when the family can work together to make the addition of a new family member as smooth as possible. WIC can help make the nutrition part easier.

Breast milk or formula is all your baby needs for about the first 6 months of life. After that you can begin to introduce baby foods that are appropriate for your baby. At your WIC appointment, the nutritionist will give you information about which foods to introduce and how to feed your baby.
