CHILDREN'S HEALTH

Safe Kids Worldwide is a nonprofit organization working to help families and communities keep kids safe from injuries. Wasatch County has our own Safe Kids Coalition. Each year we host a Safe Kids Fair with many community partners including the school, hospital, police force and first responders. In addition to hosting events the safe kids coalition distributes safety devices such as car seats, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, helmets, and personal floatation devices. Just as important, we also teach parents, caregivers and children how to use these important resources correctly.
